Laith Mukdad, MD

ENT specialist in Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills, CA

Dr. Mukdad received his undergraduate degree in political science from UCLA, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He subsequently completed his medical degree at UCLA, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha and distinguished as one of the top students in his class. He then completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at UCLA, where he was appointed to the role of administrative chief resident and recognized for achieving the top board examination score among all residents. He has written over 25 scientific publications and was awarded a research grant in the study of head and neck cancer.

Dr. Mukdad's professional interests include Head and Neck Surgery, Thyroid and Parathyroid surgery, Nasal and Sinus Disorders, Sleep Apnea, Voice and Swallowing Disorders. He will be seeing patients at our Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills offices.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Mukdad enjoys spending time with family, hiking, traveling, and following UCLA sports.
